Job Description:
37 hours per week Term Time Only KENT SCHEME SALARY – KS7 SCALE (£19,572 - £22,268 pro-rata) To supervise classes during the absence of subject teachers. The successful applicants will: • relate well to young people and staff • have good computer skills • be educated to at least level 2 standard (5 higher grade GCSE passes) • have the ability to use own initiative as well as work under guidance • have excellent communication skills • be assertive • be calm and work well under pressure Previous experience of being a Cover Supervisor will be required for the Cover Manager post. Experience of line managing other staff would be an advantage. Walmer Science College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
